Associate IT Support Technician

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Associate IT Support Technician to join our IT Service Desk. In this role, you’ll need the confidence to work independently, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. A background in IT, along with knowledge of outstanding customer service and latest technology trends, is essential to thrive in this position.

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):

• Have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office 365
• Windows 10/11 application support
• Experience of providing IT Support using remote desktop applications
• Eager to provide a hands on approach when required
• Demonstrate a clear passion for technology
