Associate IT Operations Engineer

As an Associate IT Operations Engineer, you will be part of our global Operations department. You will work shifts with a team of IT Operations Engineers that cover our 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Apply professional-level technical skill and judgement to provide non-routine technical support for IT operations.
• Focus on quick outage recovery and root cause analysis.
• Manage incidents and communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Create timely and accurate event notifications and incident logs.
• Assist with systems administration, maintenance, and hardware and software upgrades.
• Add to our knowledge database, ensuring expertise sharing and learning from engineers located in various countries takes place.
