Associate IT Data Center Operations Analyst (DCNOC)

First line of defense against all operational threats of our data centres. You form the backbone of our operations team to ensure that our facilities are operational 24/7.

At the frontline, our shift team is tasked with managing and operating all mission critical systems in our data centres. To achieve maximum uptime of our equipment, inspect and maintain them with utmost care. We are also the first responders to any incident that may put the performance of our facilities at risk.

What we are looking for

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of Environment Monitoring System including but not limited to: chiller cooling system, water pumps, cooling towers, AHU units, CRAH units, FCU units, water leak detection, fire alarm systems, VESDA, smoke detector (raised floor/ceiling) HV/LV switch rooms, Transformers, UPS system, Generators, Power Distribution Units, etc. <...
