Strategic Communications and Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a strategic communications partner to one or more business areas, providing advisory support in creating and implementing robust, measurable internal and external communication strategies.Manage priority stakeholder relationships to complement business priorities with impactful storytelling.Interweave local, country-wide and global priorities to maintain balance and effective air traffic control of communication interventions in a highly matrixed environment.Lead end-to-end project management of communications initiatives and internal events — including town halls, leadership forums, recognition programs and employee engagement — ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment and quality execution across all workstreams.Work closely with domestic, regional and global communication colleagues to share best practices and align on business and functional mandates.
