**Media Associate**
**Role Objective**
The Media Associate is the central operational hub responsible for the day-to-day execution of media programs. This role serves as the functional bridge between external media agencies and internal brand teams, ensuring that all campaigns are launched on time, creative is delivered to spec, and financial tracking is managed with 100% accuracy within internal systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Agency & Brand Coordination**
+ Act as the primary point of contact for the media agency to gather campaign requirements to ensure smooth campaign execution.
+ Maintain the master campaign calendars for dedicated brands within pod; track project milestones to ensure agency execution is hitting the internal deadlines required for pulse campaign launches and promotional windows.
