The successful incumbent will be part of the Inflight Planning Department in Customer Experience Division supporting supporting the optimisation of aircraft galley layouts and inflight equipment planning to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. The role drives operational readiness through effective inventory management, validations, and cross-functional coordination, while leveraging digital tools and Gen AI to enhance processes, data insights, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
. Plan and optimise aircraft galley layouts and equipment loading using the Galley Planning 4 Equipment Loading Plan (GP4 ELP) system.
. Allocate galley and storage space, assess new service requirements, and coordinate with Food & Beverafe team on equipment needs and menu support.
