**ASSOCIATE I**

**Base Pay: $** **10.50 p/h (10.50ph)**

**Schedule:**
**Monday through Friday 40 hrs.**
**1st Shift 5:00 am - 1:30 pm**
**2nd Shift 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm + $0.50 Shift Differential**

**ASSOCIATE I**

**Requirements:**

+ One (1) to three (3) years of prior experience in the high-volume manufacturing industry, preferably electrical or electronics, preferred.
+ Be able to read, write, and follow instructions in both languages (English/Spanish).
+ Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers and average are required.
+ It requires manual dexterity and the ability to follow directions, consistently.
+ Fourth year of High School completed at an accredited institution.
