Position Overview
Associate tasks will include research, reviewing and monitoring current processes, drafts, policies and applicable regulation and providing recommendations to enhance company processes, policies and procedures. Has s strong knowledge and recognized set of skills applied in managing tasks.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Demonstrate skill level appropriate to role in global contract drafting, negotiation, execution and management.
- Role will require occasional hours outside of standard business hours - to join calls with overseas team members. Able to work with counterparts around the world with different time zones. Regular and, at times, unpredictable travel, including international travel, is required.
- Contractually and commercially risk adverse.
- Review, draft and/or revise standard contract templates and other standard contract sections.
