**Job Purpose and Impact**
+ The Associate Professional, HR Business Partner - Plant job applies basic knowledge to assist in the delivery of people processes related to people and culture strategy, workforce plans, learning programs and talent activities to improve the employee experience at the plant. This job provides support to key stakeholders and helps analyze metrics on plant performance.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ METRICS & ANALYSIS: Understands how metrics are used and managed to provide insights into the performance of the plant.
+ OPERATIONAL PROCESSES: Supports the implementation of plant HR operational processes including time and attendance, employee or labor relations, and benefits administration processes to support the overall compliance and effectiveness of the HR operational processes of the plant.
