We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Associate, HIFS COO.**

**In this role you will:**

+ Work with the COO and business teams to implement and track strategic initiatives, ensuring delivery of outcomes
+ Lead and manage the end-to-end reporting processes including pipeline, revenue, financial performance, headcount, and transformation progress
+ Own the development and ongoing tracking of KPIs to assess the performance and effectiveness of HIF&S operations
+ Support business planning, cost monitoring, and forecasting to inform strategic decisions and identify efficiency opportunities
