Constellation Search Group is looking for an Associate / General Counsel Attorney for a full-time direct hire position. The Associate / General Counsel Attorney will support Tribal clients on various legal matters, focusing on Tribal sovereignty, federal Indian law, governance, and related issues. This role offers the opportunity to engage in meaningful legal work with Native Nations and Tribal communities, collaborating with Tribal leadership and national organizations. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel to Tribal governments, enterprises, and entities on Tribal law, federal Indian law, governance, and regulatory compliance.


• Research and analyze case law, statutes, regulations, treaties, and Tribal law to offer effective client advice.


• Draft, review, and amend legal documents, including memoranda, pleadings, contracts, ordinances, and policies.
