Facilitates the implementation and support of SAP FICO Modules.
Performs detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provides appropriate system solutions; identifies, interprets, validates and document customer requirements.
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
Maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
Designs, customizes, configures and tests.
Identifies gaps, issues and work around solutions.
Analyzes assigned Incidents, Service Requests, Problem Tickets, and Change requests of all Fujitsu AMS clients related to SAP FICO Modules.
Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve SAP problems.
Handles changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
Provides ad-hoc training and user support as required
