Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of front desk admins.
- Oversee daily front desk activities: visitor greeting, call handling, inquiries, and escalation management.
- Implement hospitality best practices to enhance client and visitor experience.
- Manage staffing schedules, delegate responsibilities, and ensure adequate coverage.
- Train new and existing team members on procedures, policies, and service standards.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
