We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate to manage investor onboarding and support core finance functions, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth operations between investors, fund administrators, and management.

• Serve as the primary contact for investor queries, facilitating effective communication between investors and the external Fund Administrator
• Review and verify investor KYC/AML documentation to ensure compliance with MAS and internal regulatory standards
• Perform Sanctions, PEP, and Adverse Media screening on all incoming investors to support risk management
• Monitor and maintain accurate investor records, ensuring all required data is complete and current
• Identify high-risk investor profiles and prepare detailed Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reports for Senior Management and Directors’ review and approval
