**What you will do -**

As the Associate Field Operations Manager, you will manage and lead all activities of the HUB/Branch operation in compliance to corporate objectives, policies, procedures, and guidelines. You will also be the liaison between the field sales team for the area covered and the office while coordinating activities relating to Operations, Inventory Management, Inventory Requirements Planning, and other related leadership function.

+ Collaborate with Sales Manager and Sales Representatives to ensure understanding and impact of HUB/Branch policies and procedures.
+ Resolve field representative, sales managers and/or customer concerns or complaints to resolve inventory issues
+ Manage and controlling inventory using available system tools to ensure accuracy for implants (part and lot number level) and instrument sets (set and lot number level) in hospital consignments, and in HUB/Branch/Storage locations
