The successful candidate will focus on Commercial buildings, delivering a range of M&E Asset Engineering including Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations, M&E Audits, Technical/Condition Surveys, PPM/Life Cycle Costing to a range of clients. The role is client facing and requires excellent communication, teamwork, reliability, flexibility and initiative.
