Responsibilities - Assist with complex, cross-border transactions and legal matters within the Middle East region
- Provide practical, solutions-oriented commercial advice to clients
- Work within a diverse, international team to drive high-quality legal outcomes
- Contribute to the growth of the firm's practice in the evolving Dubai business landscape
Requirements - 5+ years PQE from a top-tier international law firm or Magic/Silver Circle practice
- Strong academic foundation with excellent degree credentials
- Proven track record handling complex, cross-border transactions
- High level of commercial acumen
- Full fluency in English (both written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in Middle East markets or a willingness to relocate to the UAE
