We are currently working with a highly regarded international law firm that is looking to add a talented Corporate Associate to its growing Dubai office.

This is an opportunity to join a market-leading team advising on a broad range of corporate transactions across the Middle East, including:

• Private Equity investments
• Cross-border transactions

The team acts for multinational corporations, private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions and high-growth businesses across a variety of sectors.

• 3-7 years' PQE gained at a recognised UK, US or international law firm
• Strong experience in M&A and general corporate transactions
• Excellent drafting and client management skills
• A desire to work on high-quality international matters within a collaborative team environment
