Job Description

• Partner with Director, Volunteer Engagement – Cook County to build and manage a best-in-class “Faith in Action” (volunteer service) experience at Catholic Charities with robust, mission-aligned systems.

o Provide oversight of all volunteer experiences in Lake County and ensure that all volunteer engagement aligns with Mission Engagement Strategy and CCAC Core Values.

• Execute key practices that underpin the CCAC volunteer lifecycle
o Recruit, screen, train, and evaluate volunteers seeking to serve in Charities impact areas
o Collect, analyze, and maintain data regarding volunteer background, skills, availability, and goals in CCAC CRM system to foster more strategic engagement.
o Manage and regularly update the CCAC volunteer CMS webpage.
o Ensure all volunteers are fully compliant with CCAC policies and procedures, including required screenings and assessments.
