**Job Description**

Under the supervision of the Director of Student Financial Services, the Associate Director of Financial Aid is responsible for the comprehensive administration of
financial aid to graduate and medical students. The Associate Director is involved in the continuum of aid administration through the application process, need analysis,
verification, awarding of aid based on established packaging parameters, the use of professional judgment, disbursement of aid, mandated loan entrance and exit
counseling and loan repayment counseling.

**Qualifications**

+ Minimum of 4-5 years of related work experience in financial aid and student financial counseling
+ Bachelor?s Degree required, Master?s degree preferred
+ Must be detailed oriented and have excellent customer service, organization and planning, prioritization, problem solving, follow through, time management, and oral and written communication skills
