Position Overview
The Associate Director of Strategic Project Management serves as a critical liaison between the Fund for Johns Hopkins Medicine, the School of Medicine, and the Office of Strategic Initiatives, facilitating coordination of high-level projects and best-in-class stewardship for an institutional transformative donor. This role will partner closely with senior leadership, including the office of the SVP of Development & Alumni Relations; the office of the VP of the Fund for Johns Hopkins Medicine; the office of the Dean of the Medical Faculty; and administrative, facility, and clinical leaders to create strategic and tactical stewardship and engagement that provides comprehensive updates on programs and projects and celebrates the donorβs impact. Success in this role will require excellent verbal and written communication skills, relationship building, project management skills, sound judgment, and discretion.
