Role Overview

The Associate Director, Solution and Delivery Lead (SDL) serves as a strategic, scientific, and delivery leader within Real World Evidence (RWE) Solutions. This role is accountable for shaping client strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high-quality delivery across complex, multi-offering RWE engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead RWE solution strategy, selling, and delivery oversight for RWE engagements.


• Drive RWE sales and revenue growth within key accounts, identifying and advancing cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.


• Build and sustain senior‑level (typically HQ‑level) client relationships beyond active engagements to support early positioning and pipeline development for priority assets.
