Overview

Provides strategic direction for managing a portfolio of residential properties and clients in the Singapore market. Identifies, targets, and develops new business opportunities to meet revenue and operating income targets.

Responsibilities

• Head, manage, and supervise a team of managers, executives, technical personnel, and on‑site staff to ensure efficient and smooth operation of all matters relating to maintenance and management of the Development.
• Monitor the physical condition, financial performance, and compliance for the assigned portfolio; inspect assets and tour markets to assess portfolio health and performance for benchmarking.
• Manage the team and establish asset plans, strategies, and oversee AEI projects.
• Review financial performance and inspection reports and make final determinations of watch‑list status and default.
• Assist in managing the business unit's financial performance.
