As an Associate Director of Technology, you will play a leadership role spanning people, tactical execution, and strategy within the organization. You will be responsible for a scope covering multiple teams, technology domains, or major cross-functional mandates within the studio and Activision. You will actively contribute to defining the technological direction across several areas, aligning priorities with business objectives, and supporting the growth of the managers and teams under your responsibility.

In this role, you will oversee the evolution of major technology initiatives in a multidisciplinary environment, including the game engine, tools, automation, and more.
