As Associate Director, you will focus on cultivating high-end partnerships, recommend growth tactics to drive incremental revenue and ultimately position Park Hyatt Dubai Villas as the most desirable luxury experience in the region.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of luxury hotel or resort sales experience, preferably with exposure to villas, residences, and high-value leisure segments. Your strong network of luxury travel advisors, UHNW clients, and top-tier agency partnerships is essential, along with a deep understanding of personalized, 5-star service delivery.
