The Faculty Development within the VP Development and Alumni is currently seeking a Full‑time Regular Associate Director of Development, Haskayne School of Business.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute fundraising strategies to secure major and leadership gifts in support of Haskayne School of Business priorities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with donors, alumni, volunteers, and community leaders to advance philanthropic support.
• Manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors through qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities.
• Identify and develop new philanthropic opportunities aligned with faculty and university strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with faculty members, academic leaders, and volunteers to engage prospective donors and advance fundraising initiatives.
