Job Description :
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, including land acquisition, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong networks with developers, investors, government agencies, and real estate brokers.
- Set, monitor, and report on KPIs and revenue targets aligned with quarterly and annual business objectives.
- Collaborate with project development, marketing, and finance teams to align strategies with operational capabilities.
Qualification :
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8β10 years of experience in business development within the property/real estate industry.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex stakeholders.
