The Associate Director, National Sales Operations (LAI Franchise) is an experienced professional proficient in sales and leadership, capable of independent application with a strong understanding of sales strategies, business management, and pharmaceutical industry dynamics. The incumbent should possess excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills to drive sales performance and organizational success. This role is unique in its nature as it reports to the Vice President, LAI Sales and Marketing Strategy.
