Develop and execute the strategic International medical training plan to drive measurable capability development and business impact
Oversee onboarding of new hires to the International Medical Affairs organization, and continuous education
Execute on therapeutic area training, competencies, compliance, and quality of external interactions
Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders at global, regional and national level to develop engaging training programs for a diverse global medical team
Design training to optimize impactful stakeholder engagement which enables informed patient‑centric access and therapy decisions by communicating a strategic, harmonized and impactful medical message to the medical community
Establish yourself as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the region, being able to deliver content training and/or coach others as necessary to the medical team and others as needs arise
