About the role

CBRE's market leading London Metropolitan office agency team advises Landlord and Occupiers across Greater London and Southeast office markets. The team currently includes seven highly regarded office brokers, split between Landlord and Tenant advisory. The team now requires a senior surveyor / associate director to help further strengthen their resources and client offering in the marketplace. The combined team has significant experience and knowledge to learn off and also has an unrivalled book of work in terms of prime Landlord instructions and corporate occupiers.

What you'll do

• Working with senior team members on leasing disposals
• Carrying out marketing initiatives
• Preparation of market reports
• Working closely with the dedicated data manager on research and comparable evidence
• Assisting senior colleagues on instructions as necessary
• Seeking and securing new instructions
