Associate Director Legal Counsel – Gulf Region. Lead commercial support for drafting and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements including framework and main service agreements, service orders, statements of work, NDAs, and other transactional matters.

• Read, analyze, assess, and communicate guidance on framework and main service agreements, service orders, statements of work, NDAs, etc.
• Review, negotiate as needed, and ultimately approve contracts, purchase orders, and modifications.
• Answer inquiries from accounts receivable and propose problem resolution.
• Interface/dialog with clients at sales request to discuss solutions or explain positions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to refine and improve processes.
