JOB SCOPE

Lead the Human Resources function across Southern Europe, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategic direction and industry requirements. Oversee key HR functions including talent management, talent acquisition, change management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee engagement, HR operations, and organizational development. Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that support business growth and foster a high-performance, engaged workforce across the region.
