About the Role
Support the identification, sourcing, pursuit, negotiation, definition, planning and delivery of Corporate Transactions in Insurance companies across M&A, greenfield and partnerships (banks and other Financial Services providers) by working in close collaboration with Business Units, Group Office functions, third party advisors and potential business partners.Roles and Responsibilities:
Assess strategically important Corporate Transactions for Insurance companies and the development supporting transaction rationale, structuring commercial solutions and bid strategies to pursue strategically important inorganic growth opportunities
