**POSITION SUMMARY / MISSION**The Global Total Rewards Associate Director designs and leads the global strategy for compensation, benefits, and total rewards. Reporting to the Executive Director of Talent & Culture Strategy, the role ensures alignment with business and People & Culture goals, while positioning the company as a top employer in the pharmaceutical industry.
