Role Purpose

The Associate Director, Enterprise AI Learning Solutions is responsible for implementing and supporting the strategic delivery of enterprise AI learning initiatives across both digital learning and peer-to-peer engagement workstreams. This role provides essential learning design and implementation support to enable strategic learning initiatives while ensuring effective delivery, learner engagement, and measurable capability development across all learning programs.

• Design and implement digital learning solutions, content curation strategies, and role-based learning pathways to ensure engaging user experiences.
• Support learning solution development, including instructional design, applying adult learning principles, and learning effectiveness optimization.
