Key Responsibilities Technology Strategy & Roadmap - Define and drive the technology roadmap in alignment with product and business priorities
- Provide architectural oversight to ensure systems are scalable, stable, and maintainable
- Align technology decisions with long-term platform and product evolution
End-to-End Delivery & Release Governance - Own and oversee the end-to-end SDLC , with strong focus on release planning, coordination, and execution
- Establish and drive best practices across release management, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment processes
- Ensure structured release cycles with clear milestones, dependencies tracking, and risk mitigation
- Monitor delivery health, proactively identifying bottlenecks, risks, and quality issues across teams
