Position Overview
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Set and reinforce standards for a safe work environment.Should be able to demonstrate expertise on Supplier management and positively influencing the Business Goals and Objectives.Drive supplier transfer programs with customer team engagement and program management.Review supplier proposals, assess manufacturing feasibility feedback, discuss with Engineering, and resolve the open issues.Actively participate in the monthly buyer report out meeting to support planning and inventory Control managers, Buyer/Planners, and Quality Managers through the fast resolution of escalated / repetitive supplier delivery and quality issues, including root causes countermeasures (RCCM), and long-term effective corrective actions.Monitor key performance indicators like RDSL and DPPMInitiate development program on TOP RDSL suppliers.
