**General Description:**
The Associate Director, Digital Quality Management Systems, Change Management and Digital Adoption is responsible for facilitating the successful adoption of digital tools and changes across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in change management and digital adoption initiatives. This role will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless transitions, maximizing user engagement, and harnessing the full potential of our digital quality systems.
In addition, this role serves as the Business Process Owner for AI capabilities within Global Quality, driving collaborative development of governance, standards, and continuous improvement practices that ensure AI‑enabled workflows are responsibly and effectively adopted across Quality processes.
