Assisting and supporting the DCM team in the marketing and execution of sole‑lending club and syndicated loan transactions
Ongoing preparation and update of marketing material transactions documentation Loan Origination related strategies and MIS reporting as and when required
Coordinate with the Loan Origination team in producing term‑sheets pitch‑books documentation post closing with external counsel internal finance CAD legal and loan agency
Credit evaluation and financial analysis of corporate and financial institution clients
Meet annual targets as provided by the Head of DCM Bond Syndicate
