What is the Opportunity?RBC Capital Markets (RBC CM) is looking for a lead responsible for owning and evolving the end-to-end data lineage framework across Capital Markets. This role provides strategic oversight of data flows spanning front-office through middle-office and back-office systems, in critical regulatory and reporting platforms such as CAT, TRACE, and CAIS. The lead will establish standards for metadata modeling, data ownership, and critical data element identification to ensure compliance, auditability, and business intelligence across the organization.What will you do?

Own the end-to-end data lineage framework across all Capital Markets systems, from front-office trading through middle-office risk management to back-office settlement and regulatory reporting
