The Associate Director, Content Experience & Design Standards is responsible for defining, governing, and scaling global content experience standards across Commercial and Medical omnichannel platforms. This role serves as the **enterprise authority on how content is structured, designed, and experienced across channels** , ensuring consistency, usability, accessibility, and regulatory alignment while enabling speed, reuse, and automation.
Operating within a regulated, omnichannel environment, this role establishes **design systems, channel playbooks, templates, and experience standards** that can be executed repeatedly across brands, regions, and markets.
