We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director Building Surveyor to join our growing team in Birmingham. Senior member of Gleeds responsible for managing the delivery of a range of building surveying services with a particular focus on technical project delivery for a number of exciting clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supporting business unit directors in delivering business objectives; Positively engaging with customers and developing, growing, and maintaining customer relationships; Delivering high quality services and ensuring that building surveying deliverables meet customer’s requirements; Managing and delivering building surveying commissions, including surveys, dilapidation advice, party wall advice, and construction projects for new builds, renovations, and maintenance works – from feasibility th...
