- Brand Portfolio Management : Overseeing the assigned portfolio of brands, ensuring a deep understanding of the brands in their entirety and the retail business environment
- Brand boutiques : Identifying opportunities for enhancing client servicing and ensure the effective operation and management of brand boutiques to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Brand Principal Relationships : Managing relationships with brand principals comprehensively, including product, marketing, training, new launches, and more
