The Associate Director – BI&A / Decision Intelligence leads the strategy, development, and execution of data, analytics, market research, and insight capabilities for the Commercial organization of Eli Lilly Brazil. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this is the senior business analytics and insights leader for the affiliate — accountable for embedding data‑driven decision‑making across brand teams, sales, and commercial operations, and for turning analytics and primary research into measurable business impact.
Aligned with the broader ICH Tech Strategy on Reimagine Work / AI, this role leads the Commercial organization's transition from traditional BI&A — historically anchored on dashboards and retrospective reporting — toward Decision Intelligence: AI‑assisted insight delivered at the point of decision.
