About the Role
As an Associate Designer, you will work closely with the Director and category Designers to execute the design and development of textile products for the West Elm brand. You will be responsible for helping to develop seasonal concepts and ensuring all product development deadlines and key calendar dates are met.
Responsibilities
Assist category Designers into researching new ideas, fabrications, and materials Present ideas and design concepts to Design Director and category designers Work proactively according to development calendar to stay ahead of timelines Manage all technical specifications and communication with vendors including making comments on samples, and sending product approvals in PLM Create and maintain visual line list decks and presentation decks Maintain and organize development samples both physically and digitally Consistently research industry trends to fee...
