As a member of our Deals Advisory practice, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in a key phase of their potential mergers, acquisitions or divestitures projects. We help some of the world’s leading companies including MNC, Private Equity, Public listed and privately held companies evaluate their deals and assess the value of businesses.

• Analyse historical financial data and identify operational and key business trends.
• Assess key deal issues, including quality of earnings, net debt and working capital impacting valuation of the target company.
