Handle questions from internal and external customers on the phone and via email during office hoursProcess returns and invoice corrections in our SAP systemPrepare agreements for evaluation, loan, rental and purchasesInterpret and assign customer requests to the appropriate departments and teamsInvestigate and resolve customer disputes and consequently communicate with internal departments to find solutions and preventative actionsParticipate in team meetings and project team activities to set priorities, discuss process improvements and solve issues together What you bring1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, hospitality or a similar positionGood knowledge of MS Office and Windows-based computer applicationsExperience with SAP is preferredFluent oral and written communication skills in German and EnglishAny additional European lan...
