Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of certificate/Notes in Vault.
Coordinate and arrange logistic for CDP quarterly and annual scrip count.
Perform and monitor vault administration such as setting of time lock and bi-annual lock maintenance from vendor.
Coordinate the user access set-up of external service provider applications.
Coordinate users access review such as SharePoint user access, DOA review and authorised personnel access into the vault.
