Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound leads and qualify them based on business profile and funding requirement
• Understand basic financial details (turnover, banking, loan requirement, etc.)
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the founder
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and client data
• Follow up with clients for documentation and required information
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for application status and processing updates
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of cases
• Support in maintaining a structured pipeline of active cases

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, banking, NBFC, or financial services
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Basic understanding of business loans / working capital (preferred)
