Overview


The Senior Counsel, SEC serves as a strategic legal advisor, supporting BrightSpring Health Services (Nasdaq: BTSG) and its subsidiaries. This role focuses on public company securities matters and corporate governance and partners closely with the Chief Legal Officer. This role may be remote and may be part time and BTSG is flexible in structuring this as employment or independent contractor.


Responsibilities


+ Provide strategic legal counsel to BrightSpring Health Services and its subsidiaries, directly supporting the Chief Legal Officer and other members of the legal department as well as leadership in the licensure and enrollment department and working closely with other leaders on matters impacting their respective areas of responsibility.
